House rules
The practical things worth knowing before you travel — when you can get in, what is allowed, and who to ask when something is not covered here.
- Arriving and leaving
- Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Arrival is self-service — you let yourself in with a code at whatever hour you land, so a late flight is not a problem. If you need the room earlier or want to leave later, ask us and we will do what we can.
- Letting yourself in
- Check-in is private and self-service: you get a door code before you travel and let yourself in whenever you arrive. If you would rather have someone walk you in, tell us in advance and we will arrange it.
- Smoking, parties and neighbours
- Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, in the apartments that have one, and parties or events are not allowed. Beyond that we ask only that you treat the place as you would your own home and keep the building quiet at night.
- Pets
- On request. Let us know you are bringing one when you enquire, before you book, so we can put you in a suitable apartment.
- Children
- Children of any age are welcome. From four years old a child is charged as an adult.
- Parking
- There is an underground garage (Tiefgarage) in the Oranienburger Straße building — ask us about a space. The other addresses have no parking of their own.
- Languages
- German and English. Write to us in either and you will get a reply in the same language.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation terms depend on the apartment and the rate you booked, so there is no single rule we can print here. Your confirmation email states the terms for your stay — and if you cannot find it, ask us and we will tell you.
